The construction of the robot friction stir welding system has successfully overcome the instability of the welding process by means of multi-mode control, and the welding of the space complex three-dimensional surface structure has been realized, it lays a foundation for promoting the application of new friction stir welding technology in the manufacture of complex surface structures such as aerospace in China.
